I’ve been looking in working from home sites. I’m really trying to see if it’s a scam and what kind of work it is. Thanks for looking.
Unfortuanely, it is really hard to say what is a scam and what isn’t a scam when it comes to working from home sites. A lot of them promise you to be making big money within a month (like 5 figure incomes for a month of doing there ‘easy’ work)
For the longest time as a stay at home mom, I had tried a variety of different work from home schemes, and the best ones out there (in my opinion) are companies like ACN, Avon, SMC, Tupperwear, Mary Kay, Fantasia etc. If you’re serious about making money, and are okay with a bit of hard work to get to the top, than these are companies for you.
If you’re looking to just make some quick cash, these are probably not the best suited for you.
Another option to keep in mind is to start your own home based business that agrees with your passions and interests. This is what I did, and started my company Journey Healers back in 2008. I work from home, and schedule all of my work around my kids schedules. I’m not a millionaire yet, or famous by any shot, but I truly enjoy what I’m doing, and that’s what it’s really all about.
I have two pimples right by my nose that I really want to be reduced by Saturday. It’s my friends birthday party, and I want to look good. I realize it’s unrealistic to completely clear it up by then, but fast working home remedies to improve them would be nice. Thanks in advance!

Just interested to know if there are many people out there who had trouble working with collueges and ended up forming their own company or working from home, if so, what do you do and what is your business?
I have had so many problems staying in a job over the past 19 years due to social anxiety disorder, i would just feel sick with fear some days traveling to work.
Now i’m studying web design and development from home and work on a property business with my husband.

start a cleaning company are something at night i know how you feel but social anxiety disorder can be cured but if the main reason is to be your own boss the lowest start up cost is cleaning on cnn money there were 3 cleaning company’s of 5 as the best start up

I’m looking for a job I can do at home on the internet to make some extra money. There’s so many scams out there I’m just curious if anyone knows of any genuine oppportunities. I’m not looking to get rich quick, but I would like to make at least $10 an hour.
You are not going to find legitimate work looking online, at least not anything advertising itself as "work at home".
You need to send out your resume to legitimate companies with job openings you are qualified to do. Include in your resume cover letter that you which to telecommute, working in your home office.

Contact local business’s that require Virtual Assistance, or contact a VA company and ask if they need workers. there is loads out their just google Virtual assistant companies.

Unless you have very specific skills, such as graphic design, web design, computer programming, there are no real internet work at home jobs. You will just be bombarded with all kinds of scams.
Just curious as to if you are a stay at home or working mom. Why you made this choice, and if you are happy with it.
I’m a stay at home , work at home , single mom. I truly love being able to stay home and be with my daughter, and don’t even consdier going back to my old professional job and leaving my kid. But, it seems like 1/2 the people I know praise me for my decision, and the other 1/2 think it’s better to go to work and take the child to daycare.

I have three children and no job. I’ve been looking for something to do at home. I have medical problems that prevent me from working out of the home. I have found several work at home sites but they all require me to buy a package or they have a start up fee. I have very little money so I am trying to find a job I can do for free. It does not have to be work on the computer I just need something that I can do from home.
Real home jobs like you mention just don’t exist. They are usually scams to get your money. I know a few people who work in their homes, but they operate their own business. They do laundry, iron shirts, bake desserts, do tutoring, repair things, assemble things, etc.
Why not just start your own business? The Small Business Administration is looking specifically to help women just like you. Give them a call today.
