Hi there. I also work full time, but I freelance on the side through a site called oDesk. I do mainly freelance writing but they also have jobs for people who do web design, data entry, programming, virtual assistants, etc. I’d suggest you head over there, set up an account and start applying for work.

Determine your interest…and look for something in that field.
Your work at home part time venture will take some discipline …especially after you have put in a full days work for your full time job.

I found an awesome site that has legitimate links to not just one, but several options for part-time work from home programs.
